Tweak the colors for better contrast #32

"Blue" and "Red" are both too dark on OSX Terminal. The new setting looks better on other terminals, too.

Fixes #29

@stesser could you please test?

Thanks, but the table heading is still unreadable on my MacBook: gstat-rs-Blue-Red gstat-rs-LightBlue-Red Better contrast is offered by the combination of Blue and LightRed: gstat-rs-Blue-LightRed But I'm not convinced that the combination of red and blue is a good choice for the head line, I'd highly prefer Blue and LightYellow: gstat-rs-Blue-LightYellow

"Light" blue is still pretty dark on your Mac. And while yellow on blue is still legible on my xterm, red on lightblue is arguably better (it's close, though). One more possibility: what if we bold the foreground, in combination with either color scheme? I'll push another change for you to try.
