Move automatons between files in split configs using the UI #140

Right now the automations source file are just used for visuals. We should implement a way for a user to move the automations around between files (this could lead us to deprecating tags and using the file source as the 'tag').

Notes:

Backend almost supports this, it will move the automation to a new file but it won't remove the automation from the previous file (need to implement this).
