TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'alias') #166

Describe the bug Trying to delete an automation that can't be found on-disk results in an error. It still deletes, but requires me to refresh the page.

Expected behavior Automation is deleted with no error screen. Or the error is dismissable and I can go back to the main screen.
