Addon can take up to 10 minutes to download. This is unacceptable.

Main issue is the large docker image size which is around ~200MB as of July-23.

Some ideas:

Switch the backend to either use a different backend framework or scrap python in favor of golang
Figure a way to bring in pre-compiled wheels
