Add waybar/sketchybar wallpaper setter plugin

Problem: Wallpaper is set menually on macOS, and manually through sway.nix Home-Manager module on NixOS.

• [ ] Get sketchybar wallpaper setter plugin to work on Sonoma
• [ ] install an equivalent waybar setter module
• [ ] get wallpapers from unsplash.com

Optional:

• [ ] Script to auto-resolution upscale, then set wallpaper
• [ ] script to blur wallpaper, and then set background to blurred when using a "focus" mode of sorts?
• [ ] Video background on Sonoma
• [ ] Video background on NixOS
• [ ] Video background on login - SDDM/macOS

I just learned that you could use tools like gruvebox-factory, which sets the wallpaper color filter to use gruvbox theme.

Maybe I could use some custom similar shell script and take the original image, convert the colors based on current theme, then set the wallpaper based on the OS and Version.
