Ideas include:

Clone of Rofi but built for macOS
Custom Fork of dmenu-mac to integrate additional features and add new apps and menu items
Terminal implementation of an app launcher
Must be universal with NIXSTATION64 NIXOS Config!

well, we got the dmenu mac but it's kinda havin issues with nix programs..

Maybe just sticking to dmenu-mac and finding a way to get nix installed packages in there.
