refactor: remove 'bazel' as much as possible. #55

It has a bad reputation for complexity and usability leading to some developers already decided they don't want to use it. Giving them 'aspect' as the replacement term suggests that this is a fresh start. Also we might switch to buck2 at some point for new projects.

Never mind for now - Bazel isn't good enough yet. We want users to know it's Bazel so they file issues on the upstream bazel repos, not on us.
