What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. simply open the client.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd like to see a list of available content type to select - or when inserting
a new one - that it'll be added to future possible values.
as it was possible on previouse verison.
at the moment, I have to manually insert it every time I open a new rest client.

On what operating system?
Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

Hi,
Thanks for issue report.
Do you see any error in console output?
Custom content-type values are saved in Web SQL DB. You can check there is it
saved. Go to resources bar (chrome inspector), Web SQL -> restClient ->
form_encoding table.
