Update react-tutorial.mdx #208

Fixed the following:

changed to react-ts instead of react template during Vite init
corrected the location of client.ts to ./triplit instead of ./src
added the TriplitClient import in client.ts
switched the order of Service and Anonymous token in the .env template to match the order in the console
added a warning about making sure .env is in .gitignore
added the other possible URL https://console.triplit.dev/local as that is what was deployed for me
