What changed?

added pages added pages to menu

Why did it change?

I wanted to break up the content, some pages were quite long

I wanted to remove some duplication, credits, conduct, were repeated on all pages

I submitting the PR to help inform this discussion https://github.com/aspirepress/documentation/discussions/30 I have not tested this in an environment running Jekly etc

Did you fix any specific issues?

not yet but want to start breaking up the content in order to add pages for guides for #23 #25 #26 #27
