Cannot refresh while debugging #106

Issue

I cannot refresh the browser while debugging my razor page.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Start debugging with the browser.
  2. Modify the cshtml for the current page.
  3. Click the BrowserLink refresh button.

I am shown a dialog stating:

Do you want to stop debugging?

If I click OK, then the following happens:

  1. Debug session terminates.
  2. VS builds my project.
  3. The browser refreshes.

Workaround

Use the refresh button on the browser.

Environment Information

Microsoft Visual Studio Professional 2019 Version 16.6.5

I was not having this problem with version 16.6.4.

I have this same issue in Microsoft Visual Studio Professional 2022 (64-bit) Version 17.2.5
