IEmailSender error in ASP.NET Core 2.1.300 #1917

When I click on the email next to the Logout button an error is thrown. Below is the error info:

I found the problem

The partial tag was missing the input model.

It was my fault. I changed it from the method version to use the <partial ..> but did not put the input model. The thing is that you don't get the error on that line instead you get the error on ViewData[], so you get all confused.
