Summary of the changes

Used return value from Microsoft.Extensions.CommandLineUtils.Execute() to propagate exit code, was hardcoded to 0
Eliminated unclear use of IEnumerable variables with multiple enumerations when evaluating 'restore' results

Resolves #682
