Unskip NtlmAuthenticationTests.NtlmAuthentication #70

The test NtlmAuthenticationTests.NtlmAuthentication was skipped to workaround a regression in dotnet run (https://github.com/dotnet/sdk/issues/1118). The test should be re-enabled when the regression is fixed.
