not able to navigate to route #81

Hi All, ChatSample is working fine on my machine but the only thing is when I am trying to refer full url i.e "http://localhost:64654/chat" then I am getting error. The error says "Connection ID required" so is it a bug or I am not doing something wrong.Help me out
