Clarify password reset sentence in ForgotPassword view #852

The ForgotPassword.cshtml view includes a sentence which was missing a comma and reversed the words "reset" and "password".

@scottaddie the templates for the current release are at https://github.com/dotnet/templating - does this need to be ported over there?
