Manage Bower Packages: VS 2017 RC3 displays emoji as text #962

When a GitHub repo uses an emoji in its description, it's not being rendered in the Manage Bower Packages UI:

emoji_text

An example of a repo that does this is: https://github.com/brakmic/purescript-redux.

emoji_rendered

VS should either render the emoji or strip the :emoji: content from the description.
