[nightly] Remove kitchensink images from the list of supported tags #368

Part of #349 - unlists the images from the README. Tags will still get built for servicing until the contained runtimes drop out of support.

This will remove the "kitchensink" image from the list of supported images.

NB: targeting the 2.1.0-preview2 timeframe for this deprecation.
