Adding notes for the shows #122

IMHO adding the notes for ASP.NET Community Standup to live.asp.net will be valuable for all the people specially those who miss the live shows.

It would be nice to create an archive for those notes that's written frequently by @csharpfritz and @LadyNaggaga or we can reference them in one page, so it will be easy to access them in the future

I will close this, because @DamianEdwards intend to change the flow by using MD files as described in #141
