Add Application Insights & GA TagHelperComments #129

Use our new feature TagHelperComponent to inject the scripts for both Application Insights & Google Analytics

It's too early to take dependencies on 1.2/2.0 stuff now. I like to wait until an official release.

No problem Damian, so that's why I asked for the update in the PR #128, but I think it's fine if you don't mind to make them open, to take them into consideration when the official release is out
