Make changes to tutorial process

This pull request includes:

• An update to Tutorial.md that includes help with installation
• A correction to the LogP metric that catches undefined behavior
• A new tutorial.py file that runs properly without modification
• Adds dill to the requirements in requirements.yml

These changes will make it significantly easier for new users to jump on board.
