New roles for Special Roles

Plugin to be updated: Special Roles

Special Roles needs more roles added. I've been pulling ideas from https://epicmafia.com/role, but having some Among Us specific roles would be nice.

Current roles:

Voodoo Lady: Choose a kill word, and if a player types that word, they will be automatically killed.
/setkillword <word> '<Target player>'

Hitman: Assassinate a player. 
/silentkill <Target player>

Sheriff: You may shoot 1 player that you suspect is an impostor, but if you guess wrong, you will also die.
/shoot <Target player>

Cop: You can find impostors by investigating them.
/investigate <Target player>

Insane Cop: Doesn't know they are insane. Impostors will show as crew, crew will show as impostor.
/investigate <Target player>

Confused Cop: Doesn't know they are confused. 50% chance that an impostor shows as crew. Crew results will always be accurate.
/investigate <Target player>

Oracle: When you die, you will reveal the role of the last player you picked.
/reveal <Target player>

Arsonist: Touch 1 player a round to douse them use and then 'ignite' to kill all doused players. Max of 3 doused players.
/ignite

Doctor: Pick one player every meeting, and prevent that player from dying next meeting. Impostor murders and normal vote exiles still go through
/protect <Target player>

Medium: A Medium can see chat from dead players.

Jester: A Jester will win if they get voted off.

Lightkeeper: When the lightkeeper dies, the next meeting is plunged into darkness.

Future roles:

Old Maid (neutral): Touch a player to swap roles with them. Old Maid cannot win.
This will require some retooling of how player roles are handled.

Chef (crew): Picks 2 players during a meeting. At the next meeting, those 2 players will only be able to talk to each other. They will be informed of each other's roles, but not who the other is. 
Now that chats can be cancelled, this role is possible. May require some deep integration with the server though.

Granny (crew);
    (Either): Kill anyone that touches her outside of meetings.
    (Or):      Kill anyone that interacts with her during meetings. Such as people shooting her, doctor protecting, etc
This role wouldn't be hard to make, but it might be hard to balance, especially for trolls.

Crier (crew): Can send anonymous messages during the day.
Very easy to make. Will require some server-side changes though.
