Feature Request: Configuration File for Micro Transformers #29

It'd be nice if we could tweak this to our tastes with things like:

Adjustable wattage
Adjustable heat output
Can be flooded?
Can be entombed?
Place in the research tree
Requires refined metals?

After all, some people will want it to fit better with other mods (e.g.: Customize Buildings), or others just want a more challenging game.

+1 please. I have mods that adjust the throughput of the other transformers, and 750W is such a weird value to start with, versus the wire capacities.
