Use cartopy and apexpy for mapping #6

Replace davitpy dependency for mapping with cartopy and apexpy to provide magnetic mapping.

Perhaps these mapping tools should be built as example scripts that extend visamisr, rather than being built-in to it. Everyone has their own preferred way that they like to map things out.

Perhaps apexpy could be used to support magnetic coordinate plotting in plot_beams3d.
