Generate project folder automatically #57

Currently the user has to manually create the project folder, the data folder and add the data to the data folder. I would like Makita to generate this folder structure for me, and copy the data as well.

I like this. Maybe a --target flag could supply this functionality. Specify a target folder and Makita creates the folder and copies the data. That way, we can keep the current functionality and still supply this feature.
