Why ligand and receptor are the same name?

The the following ligand symbol and receptor symbol in file lrc2p.csv, which is weird.

Hi,

Sorry for the late reply. These are proteins all expressed on the cell surface, some cell surface proteins can bind to themselves to do juxtacrine.
