Reference dataset #9

Documentation on the requirements for changing the reference dataset is needed. Currently, I am tinkering with the FANTOM5 ref, however, it is tedious to go through the source-code to understand exactly what is going on when the ref is being loaded. Is there a possibility for documenting what an optimal use of a different ref dataset would require?

Thank you for the suggestion. I will add a section in README.md to explain it as soon as possible.

Also, can the human_samples_oto.txt file be used with the FANTOM+SingleR dataset you have linked to in the README, or does that require a different such file (and where would we find that)?

Hi there, human_samples_oto.txt file only contains FANTOM samples, although it can be used with the FANTOM+SingleR dataset, the results would be the same as using FANTOM dataset.
