Can't hande different connections inside Loop Controller #13

1. Test plan:
Loop Controller
- CSV Data Set Config
- SSH Command

2.SSH Command has parametrised hostname, and hostname parameter comes from CSV 
Data Set Config

3. SSH Command expected to connect to different server each time, but connects 
only to the first one. On all other loop iterations it connects to the first 
one insted of hostname in param

versions:
SSH Command 0.1.0
jmeter 2.9 r1437961
java SE 1.7.0_07-b11
Windows 7 x86
