Old Jar file. Please update? #15

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run JMeter from CLI
2. SSH Sampler sessions hang

Is there any chance one of the developers can upload a fixed version of the jar 
where the SSHSampler doesn't hang when running from the command line?

I noticed that two potential fixes have already been suggested in previous 
issues like #7, but the jar file hasn't been updated in a while. I'm not a Java 
developer, so I'm hoping one of you guys can quickly patch the appropriate 
class, and upload a new jar relatively soon.

You can close this one.

I decided to give building the source myself using Maven a try and I'm all set 
now.

Here's my update jar file which goes in place of jmeter-ssh-sampler-0.1.0.jar
