reopening infobox window after close #230

hi.

I dont't know if this is already possible or has been asked before, but is 
there anything we can do on top of the default infobox script that would allow 
the close function not do remove the html markup form dom, and therefore 
enabling the infobox to reappear upon marker click?

Use the show() and hide() functions instead.
