User should be able to find the current rank, point total, and title of a brother.

Usage: !nmp points <first name> <last name> -> point total !nmp rank <first name> <last name> -> rank & prestige !nmp title <first name> <last name> -> titles given to member !nmp full <first name> <last name> -> Br. <prestige> <rank> <first> <nickname> <last> <title>
