Follow-up to #369. The directory was misnamed 🤦 . To get this running:

Update Gemfile git references to https; required updating Appraisal gem
Updated nokogiri, ffi, mimemagic
Disabled JRuby because of test errors (it was previously marked in TravisCI as ignore errors)
