geocode does not return the right location for GetSearch #229

use GetSearch(geocode=(34.0522, -118.2436, '10km')) to get statuses and the 
locations of these statuses (using status.GetLocation()) yields results from 
Milverton, Ontario instead of actually being in Los Angeles

many geocodes don't produce the right location - the only location that has 
been correct is using the geocode for San Francisco.

anyone know what is going on?
