Change shorthands for Nations #455

Hi Marios,  I don't know if I asked for this before, but I was reminded of
it when I just made a potentially serious mistake using JOverseer.  I
mistook a Dragon Lord character for a Dark Lieutenants one, because his
abbreviation was "DL".  (The other very confusing one you have is "Eas" for
2950 Khand Easterlings.)

Please consider, in the next upgrade using the abbreviations which had at
one point become a "standard" set in ME programs.  they came originally
from the mapping program by Alexander Maetzing, which was the best of the
field for many years.  They are:
