Decontamination #22

Decontamination should be a thing, to add some depth to the gameplay

Came on the github looking for a way to decontaminate and found this :( hopefully a decontamination kit or shower can be added soon

This is something I considered. I chose not to add this to help streamline it and simplify the process without bogging down gameplay. I may consider re-adding it in the future.
