Make viewing the current server map list more accessible when in a server #82

This is a usability issue. Currently, when users are in a server and want to know which maps the server already has, they have to press esc (go to menu), click additional server info, then press M.

A lot of users do not know that this function exists, so, especially on custom map servers they don't know what is OK to vote.

I would like

  1. This function to be available via command and can therefore be bound to a key.
  2. This function to be bound by default as 'M' (currently this key only has an edit bind).

My reasoning is that this would benefit many and make voting maps a better experience than the trial and error or menu hunt it is today.

We don't have a function to show a list of available maps of a server. Pressing 'M' in extended server info shows the maprot (map+mode rotation config file) of a server - and it's basically a debug feature.
