Pouvoir définir une hiérarchie de pair:Type ou de pair:Topic #187

Le prédicat partOf/isPart ne s'applique pour le moment qu'aux classes Sujet. Il serait utile de pouvoir définir une hiérarchie pour les classes Type et Topic

Il faut utiliser les relations SKOS pour cela : skos:broader / skos:narrower. PAIR ne couvre pas, à dessein, la description/structuration de la partie Concept et laisse cela à SKOS
