After connecting the rs485-meter from T12G3 to chint DTSU666 ID:1, the inverter reads Feed-in from the meter, with a 2 core communications cable for testing.
At night the inverter turns off, so I planned to read the meter with an Elfin EW11, which is fine as well.
The meter has 1 rs485 port so I connected both EW11 and inverter to this port. This will work for a short time after which the inverter will switch off (error 242). The rs485-meter from the inverter cannot be used for communication.
I know I can try it myself but I need to buy 50 Meter communication ground cable, depending on what I can do with it.
My question is can I daisy-chain the 2 rs485 ports (com. and meter) from my inverter together, connect this by wire to the meter and EW11?
If this is not possible I need to buy a second powermeter as well, because I do need to read the feed-in to set export-limit, and I prefer power readings 24/7.
