ANSI artwork breaks visibility on black / white terminals #31

Running kr wordlist list (or with any other option that includes logo) on a black / white terminal breaks the text color after the ANSI logo. Interesting, we did test this in different terminals with different themes. I'll spin up roxterm and see if I can reproduce this. I suspect we'll need to add an explicit reset to the logo.
