Window Dragging not ending when dragged by the deselected close icon place (mac_os theme)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create a frame with setClosable(false) and mac_os theme
2. drag the frame left of the maximize icon where normally there would
appaear the close icon
3. dragging can't be ended

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Dragging should end when button not pressed. Instead frame stays in drag mode.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
IE6. XP. GWm-0.1.

Please provide any additional information below.
