Click on the close window , window is hidden not destroy #2

on the demo site , when I open a new window and next I close this button ,
I can see always my window in list opened window.

The model Window is not destroyed even the setDestroyOnClose() has been called.
Is there an ETA on this fix. We are trying to use GWM in the current project 
but this
is a critical issue for us.
