CSS style problem on the panel added into GInternalFrame #35

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create a VerticalPanel and set the css style
2. create a GDesktopPane 
3. create a GInternalFrame and setContent to be the VerticalPanel

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Css style cannot be shown correctly on the GInternalFrame

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using GWM 0.6 on MS Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
A sample source code is attached.
