Implementing a pure GWT  GInternalFrame, this way no more need of third lib.

I hope with this improvement the MenuBar problem (z-index problem)
disappear.

The goal is indeed that no z-index problems will occur. That part should 
already work
now, but a test-scenario where the problem occurs would be very helpfull.
