What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a window
2. Set the content of the window to a composite with a MenuBar with subMenus
3. select one option from the menu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Is expected to show the sub menu but what happens is that nothing happens
at all.. then when move the window the sub menu appears but can't be
selected...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using the first version at the windows XP SP2

Please provide any additional information below.
I think that should be a problem with the z-order of the window... the menu
and sub menus should be greater than the window.
