Xml2Json legacy component - fixing some problems #80

Solve the following cases:

using namespaces on the xml. It was not working correctly;
the use of skipWhitespace flag;
show noTransformation available message on the following cases:
- FFTFTF, FFTFTT, FFTTFF, FFTTFT, FFTTTF, FFTTTT, FTTFFF, FTTFFT, FTTFTF, FTTFTT, FTTTFF, FTTTFT, FTTTTT
- TFTFFF, TFTFFT, TFTFTF, TFTFTT, TFTTFF, TFTTFT, TFTTTF, TFTTTT, TTFTTT, TTTFFF, TTTFTF, TTTFTT
- TTTTFF, TTTTFT, TTTTTF
special logic for the following cases:
- TTFTFT, TTFTTF

Some little changes/refactoring on the existing logic. Added more unit tests.

now it's a component instead of a dataformat
