Automatically extract nanoprobe binary from nanoprobe docker image as part of docker/nanoprobe/dockit script

In other words, add that step to the tail end of that dockit script.

This is now done automatically. The nanoprobe binary and its sha256 are left in the docker/nanoprobe directory. So the docker binary is named docker/nanoprobe/nanoprobe.
