Link this repository to Travis CI.

Pull request already has .travis.yml config file, owner of repo needs to link it to Travis CI

Travis CI doesn't support Xenial repo, so workaround is running docker container on Travis CI. Added and tested Dockerfile with new .travis.yml for Xenial branch is added in commit 17b78ff
