Deploy from anywhere #52

assisirun.py and deploy.py tools updated to operate successfully independently from the working directory from which the tools are executed.

closes #51 (issue)

all locations as defined in the issue are tested to run ok for both tools, with a simple deployment example (tested purely in simulation -- i.e., the casu controller host is assisi@localhost -- and not using physical casus/beagleboards)

@rmm-fcul I've tested this with the simulator and my tests have worked perfectly. Nice job :)
