note the non-matching pair of arguments, --sub-addr and --address.
the --address is not changed to preserve the api, but the help is updated to clarify which direction each of the arguments corresponds to.
resolves #96

Hi Rob, thanks for the contribution. I have done a "visual inspection" of the changes and am merging the PR. Please note that at this time, I am unable to perform independent testing to validate the PRs.
