BBG network occasionally does not come up #16

Sometimes, after turning on the BeagleBone, the network does not come up, i.e., the LAN LEDs do not turn on and the BeagleBone is not accessible over the network. Restarting the beaglebone fixes the problem. This should be investigated thorougly, because with 3-4 beaglebones it's not a big problem, but with 17, it can become a major pain.

Quick fix: enable individual hardware reset of each beaglebone.

After latest installation and upgrade of all BBGs to Xenial (December 2016), the issue seems to be restricted to the airflow BBG. The BBG was replaced, but the issue persists. That BBG has a different (older) cape version. Check if it's due to the cape or to some other reason.

Seems it is a hardware problem. Workaround - installing switches for each bbg.
